Refund policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund while the sales campaign is still active.

Once the campaign has ended and production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

If you need assistance with an order before the campaign closes, please contact us at support@badyear.racing.

Returns

Because many Bad Year Racing products are produced in limited quantities or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

Please review sizing information and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact support@badyear.racing within 21 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or import charges assessed by their country.

These fees are non-refundable.
